At Tatrra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration.
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after your bank details are confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product meets our return conditions.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

Subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by Tatrra.
  • For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, return shipping charges may apply.
